This restaurant is amazing! Came here for dinner with no reservation early in the night and was able to sit on the rooftop terrace (lovely)! Tried the eggplant appetizer, Green God Pasta, and Steak dinner and they were all amazing! Wouldn’t think of Sicily as a steak place but this was fantastic! Some of the best food we’ve had in Italy.
We really loved the dinner here.
Great place(especially the roof top), nice good stuff and delicious food.
The waiters speak very good English.
We had Sicilian eggplan, pasta and tuna.
The recommended vine as we as the Hugo were perfect.
Prices are a little bit higher.
A little bit a pity was that I wanted to change my sidedish(little mixed salad instead of the potatos) in the end I was charged 5€ for the extra side.
But 5* in total.
Also due to the fact that the waiters gave us some advices what to do in Sicily.
This is absolutely a MUST try restaurant if you are in Palermo
Let's start from the beginning;
1- very often they have discounts on the fork so you can enjoy the food with a nice discount
2-it's situated in the city center so it's very convenient if you are around that area
3- there is a super cute and cozy terrace as well as indoor seating with Aircon
4- the owner is super nice, she came and check to make sure everything was ok. The staff was also super nice, the table next to us had some issues with a pasta that was "too strong" for them and they immediately asked and provide the client the menu to prepare something different
5- THE FOOD! I was a bit curious about the combination of food the provide but OMG what insane talent and creativity the chef has because everything was simply delicious. We got the bruschette with shrimp tartare, pappardelle con gambero rosso and tuna steak on pear and cinnamon, you can't imagine the flavors until you try them.
Basically, you just need to go and check it yourself 😊😊😊
Great food! After finishing lunch we came back for dinner again. Recommend the spaghetti green gold. It’s a good balance of pistachio and seafood. The eggplants for starter is also amazing, kind of fusion of Asian style.
Great service and quality food! But it’s worth checking the price before ordering. We were surprised by the bill as it’s more like a Parisian price than a Sicilian price.
The seafood pistachio pasta is creamy and umai at the same time. Grilled mixed seafood, so fresh and perfectly cooked. The environment is colorful and cozy. But for the price we paid, I would expect something better.
First I just wanted to say thank you to the owner. He help my partner and I get a taxi back after haven’t such a rough night navigating the environment. Alright now for the food, it was so good the wine was lovely, it was Perfect for the swordfish Pistachio pasta it was heavenly, I could have eaten that meal the entire trip. The service was excellent and very accommodating with our struggling trying to speak Italian but we made it work! This is the perfect date night spot. The eggplant dish was so light and delicious.
They told me that there was a nice terrace and that this was traditional sicilian food but as you can see in the photo this was disaster compared to my expectations. As a tourist, I was surprised of the similarities between this restaurant and a local kebaberia. I am in shock.
The swordfish tasted great. The pasta with sardines tasted not good/very boring. The green salat is plain rucola plus leaves and dressing can be added. I did not eat the pasta but I payed it. The staff excused what was very nice. An espresso was offered as excuse. I payed 44 €including a glas of wine and water.
